What Cheer House is a San Francisco–rooted creative studio and digital cultural space exploring history, art, technology, and place through research, storytelling, and immersive experiences.

You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

THE PARTIES WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
